REMOVE DUPLICATED SONGS FROM DATABASE

Every time i input a song into the database, it sometimes duplicates it multiple times. This has been happening for years now. Could you guys please fix this bug?

Does this happen when adding a song or after editing the song you added? I see this happen if I add a song to the service and then edit it from the order of service instead of from the database listing.
